These are Maud's letters from Europe issued for private circulation. Extremely rare. In 1906, because of Frank's literary successes and the profitable royalities from the 1902 Wizard of Oz musical, Maud and Frank were wealthy enough to travel aroiund Egypt, Greece, Italy, North Africa, Switerland and France on a sixth month expedition. This work was published in modest quantity for friends and family.
