Ikelite Dome Port with Olympus FCON-T02 Lens for Olympus TG-6 Camera

A comprehensive kit designed for the discerning photographer, this package includes the Dome Port and the Olympus FCON-T02 Lens, specifically tailored for the Olympus Tough TG-6 camera and Ikelite Housing. The Olympus Tough TG-series cameras are renowned for their exceptional super macro capabilities, and with this unique dome port, they can now excel in ultra-wide-angle photography as well. This dome port is meticulously designed for use with the Olympus Tough TG-6, when paired with the Olympus FCON-T02 Fisheye Converter Lens and CLA-T01 Adapter. The Fisheye Converter Lens offers a unique circular fisheye perspective when the camera is set to 24mm, and diagonal fisheye capabilities when the camera is zoomed, enhancing the versatility of your photography. The image quality achieved with this setup is nothing short of spectacular, rivaling the results from a Canon or Nikon 8-15mm Fisheye lens on a full-frame DSLR body. This makes it an ideal choice for ultra-wide-angle, close focus wide angle, and over-under underwater photography. But the versatility doesn't stop there. You aren't limited to just fisheye or ultra-wide-angle perspectives. The camera can be zoomed while the lens is attached, offering up to a 30mm macro equivalent underwater. The dome port, made from optical grade acrylic, ensures super sharp and bright imaging, while remaining lightweight for easy handling and travel. Replacing the standard flat port on the housing is a breeze. Simply unthread the standard flat port and thread in the dome port. For ease of use, we recommend a rubber strap wrench, available at your local hardware store or as product # 0945.01 (not included). The included dome shade reduces reflections, protects the dome, and allows you to set the housing down on its face for easy assembly and disassembly. Please note, this dome port cannot be removed and replaced underwater. It can be used with or without the lens attached, but without the lens, some reflections may be present when shooting towards a bright light source, such as the sun.
