The WAVEPro panels are designed with user-friendly machine screw inserts, ensuring a hassle-free installation process with the inclusion of 18" Z-Clips. Additional machine screw inserts are available for extra Z-Clips, providing enhanced durability in areas with high foot traffic or for ceiling-mounted panels. These ProSoCoustic WAVEPro Series panels are not only mold and moisture resistant but also UL classified and ASTM E84 Class A fire resistant. They are ISPM-15 certified for global transport and meet LEEDs requirements for environmental safety, boasting FCS and ECC certifications. The WAVEPro Series stands out with its unique frame that incorporates diffusion directly into the product. Each frame begins as an UltraStock FR MDF panel, which is FSC and EcoCertified, contains no added formaldehyde, and has a Class A Fire Rating. The panels are then machine-cut to create our exclusive diffusion design, ensuring top-notch quality and optimal diffusion properties. Unlike traditional acoustic panels, the WAVEPro Series features an internal diffusor that redirects sound waves in multiple directions. This innovative design not only enhances sound absorption per panel but also helps distribute reflected sound evenly across your space. ProSoCoustic utilizes ROCKWOOL ROCKBOARD 40 stone wool, a blend of basalt and steel slag, for its superior absorption, health, safety, and sustainability benefits over fiberglass or foam. This material is resistant to mold and bacteria, and it doesn't retain heat, making it a safe and sustainable choice. Installation is a breeze with our included Z-Clips. With one Z-Clip attached to the wall and the other to the back of the panel, you can easily slide the panel into place. Additional Z-Clips can be added for a more secure installation in high-traffic areas or for ceiling mounting. The WAVEPro Series also offers interchangeable fabric, exclusive to ProSoCoustic. The fabric is attached to the panel using a screen spline, allowing for easy fabric replacement if damaged, or if a color change or custom image is desired.
