Maintenance is a breeze, just power wash on a wide or medium nozzle to remove surface grime. Leave this product in place year-round and it will always look like new. This product has been load tested, per ASTM 1561-03 (2008) standard for Outdoor plastic furniture, and has a 500-pound weight capacity. Some assembly required.Standard colors include Black, Weathered Acorn, and Coastal Teak and require 3-5 days for order fulfillment.
