$829.00 (inc P&P)
Rode NT55-S Small Diaphragm Microphone Like the NT5, the RØDE NT55 is a small-diaphragm rod microphone with a true condenser. In addition to the familiar feature set, it offers pre-attenuation (0, -10dB, -20dB) and a low-cut filter (off, 75Hz, 150Hz). In addition, an NT45-O omnidirectional capsule is included. It is preferred for miking acoustic instruments, as a drum overhead, for cymbals and live applications. This externally polarized microphone features a 1/2" capsule and an active J-FET impedance converter with a two-pole output buffer. Its narrow cardioid pickup pattern is also suitable for dialog recording using a microphone stand or a boom pole in a film studio. Features Externally polarized condenser Cardioid or omnidirectional polar pattern (two capsules included) Gold-plated 1/2" capsule Three levels for PAD function: 0dB, -10dB and -20dB High-pass filter with 3 settings: Neutral, 75Hz and 150Hz Circuitry on board Low self-noise Technical Data Operating principle: condenser Polar pattern: cardioid / omnidirectional Frequency response: 20Hz - 20kHz Output impedance: 100Ω Limiting sound pressure level: 136dB (@1kHz, distortion of 1% at 1kΩ) Maximum output level: 8.0dBu (@1kHz, distortion of 1% at 1kΩ) Sensitivity: -38.0dB re 1 Volt/Pascal (12.60mV @ 94 dB SPL) +/- 2 dB @ 1kHz Inherent noise (A-weighted): 15dBA Power supply: 48 V phantom power Output: XLR 3pin Dimensions (WxDxH): 20 x 20 x 145 mm Weight: 0,11 kg
